Bahama Match combines an in-person conference experience in Nassau, The Bahamas with online tools used for registration, profile submission, matching administration, and participant communication. Registration Support

Please note that submitting a profile or questionnaire does not mean you are registered, accepted, or guaranteed a seat at the conference. Registration occurs in stages. First, you submit your materials. Then, Bahama Match reviews profiles through its matching-related process. Only selected individuals are invited to proceed to payment, and registration is complete only after payment is successfully received and confirmation is issued.

Matching-Related Questions

Bahama Match is designed to create structured opportunities for introductions and curated connection experiences. However, support staff cannot promise a match, a satisfactory match, mutual attraction, a relationship, or any specific romantic outcome. Matching-related processing may involve a proprietary process, algorithmic tools, manual review, or a combination of those methods, and final participation decisions may also reflect safety, capacity, and event-balance considerations.

Payment, Refunds, and Confirmation

If you have questions about payment status, confirmation, or refund eligibility, Support can help point you to the applicable policy and next steps. Payment processing may be handled through approved third-party payment providers, and Bahama Match does not intend to store full card numbers or CVV information on its own systems. Refunds, credits, transfers, or cancellations are governed by the applicable event policy and related Terms.

Event Details and Travel Questions

Support can answer general questions about event communications, participation, and logistics. Please keep in mind that final dates, venue details, programming elements, and related arrangements may be confirmed or adjusted by the administrator as planning is finalized. If there is a material change, Bahama Match will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants using the contact information on file.

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including passport, visa, airfare, lodging, local transportation, and other related travel requirements and costs.

Privacy and Information Requests

Bahama Match respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. Support can assist with privacy-related questions, including requests to access, correct, or inquire about certain personal information, subject to applicable law and verification requirements. Bahama Match also states that it does not sell participant personal data to third parties.

Bahama Match treats participant photos and profile information with care. Personal contact information is not shared with another participant unless you consent, you choose to share it yourself, or a later program step expressly provides for that disclosure.

Safety and Conduct Concerns

A respectful and safe environment matters. If you need to report harassment, intimidation, misrepresentation, unwanted conduct, unauthorized recording, or other safety-related concerns, please contact Support. Bahama Match reserves the right to investigate concerns and to restrict or remove participants when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, event integrity, or enforcement of its rules.
