What is Bahama Match?
Bahama Match is a live, in-person mate-matching experience: a curated 3-day weekend conference in Nassau, Bahamas designed to help single adults build real connection in a structured environment.
No. Bahama Match is not a dating site, app, or platform. It’s a purpose-built, in-person program centered on a real-world conference experience.
It’s designed for single adults who are intentional about marriage and want a guided experience to identify strong, values-aligned matches.
It’s designed primarily for the people of the Bahamas, but it’s open to anyone worldwide who is willing to travel to Nassau and commit to the full weekend experience.

What are the conference dates?
The exact date of the conference will be determined after the May 2nd registration deadline, so event planners can select the right size venue. However, it is projected to occur May 29th – 31st , 2026.
Yes. Attendance is required, and participants must agree to be present from the beginning to the end of the event.
After registrations are confirmed on May 2nd, 2026, event planners will select the Nassau venue and provide registrants with location details.

How does the matching process work?
Participants sign up online at www.bahamamatch.com, create a profile, and complete matching questions. Responses are processed through a proprietary algorithm that generates multiple potential matches per person.
Bahama Match is designed to generate multiple matches per person, and participants are only notified once the system confirms they have at least two matches.
Once the system confirms at least two matches exist, you’ll receive an email letting you know you’ve been successfully matched with at least two people.
Photos of matches will be revealed once there are twenty participants in the pool. Additional photos will be displayed as the pool size increases.
No. Participants do not receive contact information for matched people beforehand, and matches do not know exactly who they are matched with until the Ice-Breaker Mixer begins.
Participants may choose to date someone outside their matches if strong attraction occurs, but they’re encouraged to reflect carefully since matches were generated from the values and preferences provided during sign-up.

Registration and Payment

When does registration open and close?
Registration opens on Monday, April 20th, 2026 and closes on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026.
Once the system confirms that at least two matches exist, the participant will receive an email letting them know: (1) they have been successfully matched with at least two people and, (2) that they are now eligible to pay the $300.00 event registration fee to secure their spot.
The event registration fee is $300.00.
Payments must be made by credit/debit card.

How large is the conference?
Each conference is built to host at least 100 single men and 100 single women, with a range of ages and backgrounds.
Night 1 features the Ice-Breaker Mixer, where attendees receive a conference packet and a color-coded wristband, and match access begins.
The wristband system helps indicate prospective matches and supports introductions with more clarity and confidence during the event.
Participants engage in guided interactions, structured connection experiences, psychoeducational sessions, and optional mini counseling sessions—designed to move beyond surface attraction toward deeper compatibility and readiness.
No. The goal is to help participants identify their best fit among their matches, using guided weekend experiences to clarify values, preferences, and relationship readiness.

How does Bahama Match protect the integrity of the experience?
Participants must provide proof of identity (driver’s license or passport), during the online sign-up process or verified at admission at the event’s icebreaker.
Identity verification provides all participants with the confidence that people are who they say they are, which preserves the integrity of the event.

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change—here’s what you need to know about our refund policy

What is the refund policy?
Refunds depend on when the written request is received, and a non-refundable 5% processing fee is deducted from the refunded amount.
A 90% refund, minus the 5% processing fee.
A 70% refund, minus the 5% processing fee.
A 50% refund, minus the 5% processing fee.
No. Payments made on April 30th, 2026 are 0% refundable (non-refundable).
